At Reef Scape Designs, we take great care in packing every order to ensure your item arrives safely and in perfect condition. Each piece is securely packaged using protective materials specifically chosen to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Please note that due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, packaging and preparation may take up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. We strive to ensure every detail is handled with precision, so your item arrives exactly as intended.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

STORE PICKUP -

Our store is located at 12461 SW 130th St, Unit A21, Miami, FL 33186.
Orders can be picked up daily, Monday through Friday, from 11 AM - 7PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping on a case by case basis. Shipping charges outside of the contiguous United States will need to be coordinated prior to purchase, since international shipping charges can vary greatly depending on the destination. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
